This was an immense tour in scope, execution and success. We were all pretty exhausted by the end but what an amazingly wonderful trip it proved to be. We certainly learnt just how huge this fascinating country is and that it harbours some of the most spectacular landscapes on our planet. In addition, it also hosts some fabulous birds and mammals as well as a profusion of flowering plants. The diversity of cultures was often reflected in and a reflection of the remarkably varied landscapes we explored and this in turn was reflected in the cuisine we encountered. Some of which was absolutely delicious.
